Business Manager/Assistant Sales Manager - Stockport

Reporting into the Used Car Sales Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the dealership achieve its targets. You will do this by working closely with a team of Sales Executives to get deals over the line. You'll play an active role in finance, insurance, part exchange valuations, buying and stock display.

As Business Manager/Assistant Sales Manager your responsibility is to ensure our customer's sales needs are met by ensuring customer service standards remain market leading and that your team is promoting correct services and products to our customers.

Hands on, when required you may need to sell to customers or second face customers to close deals and will be responsible for the site in the Sales Managers absence.

• Motivation of 5 Used Car Sales Executives
• Ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are hit
• Pitch display standards
• Target management
• Stacking finance proposals
• Part exchange valuations
• Site management

About you:

• You will have been a proven Senior Sales Executive/Business Manager or Sales Controller.
• Used Vehicles should be your main passion, you will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the current market. Hands on, this role will require selling of vehicles and buying of stock.
• This role is an excellent opportunity for someone to step up into their first management role.

Basic - 25k
Realistic OTE - 60k

Hours:

Mon - Fri - 8.45pm - 6.30pm
Sats - 9.00 - 5.00pm
Sun - 11.00am - 5.00pm

Weekend on weekend off with a day off during the week.
