OFFICE BASED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TELESALES EXECUTIVE – Workspace Interiors and Fit-Out Projects – Plymouth Office- Full time

My client is looking for a top-performing, office-based Workspace Interiors Telesales Executive to be based in their Plymouth office promoting their Interior Design and Fit-Out services to the Commercial Workspace sector.

Basic salary of £28,000

OTE of £35,000 - £37,500 Uncapped

37.5hrs per week- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

28 days holiday including bank holidays.

The candidate will also benefit from an additional further team GP bonus and other benefits.

The successful applicant will have experience in a sales capacity and will have a proven and demonstrable track record of sales success.  The role will suit someone who is hungry for more success and actively looking to progress to the next stage of their career.  They will be pro-active, open to training, self-motivated, tenacious, and above all, determined for success.

This person will fill a key role in the company’s strategic plan to continue the dynamic growth of the business. Previous experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing role is essential.

The role includes:

  • Focused office-based telesales activities to win and retain clients, promoting our interior design and fit-out services to the commercial sector
  • To achieve set weekly KPI’s
  • Handling incoming enquiries and dealing with customer service enquiries using the Customer Record Management system to record notes and action points
  • Having high level conversations with Architects, Estate Agents, Landlords, Building contractors etc.  
  • Arranging zoom meetings with potential clients
  • Uncovering new opportunities and arranging for our Sales team to meet face to face with the prospect

  • Enthusiasm and commitment to achieve results
  • Dedication to accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in maintaining the customer record management system (CRM)
