Main responsibilities -
  • Discover and cultivate fresh business prospects via networking and cold outreach
  • Perform market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and industries for growth opportunities
  • Foster enduring relationships with current clients, prioritizing satisfaction and fostering repeat business
  • Work closely with internal teams to craft tailored solutions addressing clients' specific needs
  • Skilfully negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
Requirements -
  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles
  • Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building rapport with clients
  • A-Level or equivalent education is preferred
  • Prior experience in business development for at least 1 year is preferred
