Red Recruitment is recruiting a Business Development Representative to join a premier Contact Centre outsourcing business who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients. This role is Monday - Friday on a temporary to permanent basis.

The suitable candidate will have previous customer service experience and have strong communication skills.

The start date for this position is ASAP.

Benefits and Package for a Business Development Representative:

  • Salary: £11.53 per hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Contract: Temporary to permanent
  • Location: Banbury City Centre
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Full training will be provided with continuous support week to week

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Representative:

  • Outbound calling to generate appointments (no cold calling)
  • Selling IT and managed services solutions
  • Booking appointments with prospective clients
  • Building a good rapport with clients
  • Liaising with internal team members

Key Skills of a Business Development Representative:

  • Previous telesales experience is required
  • A proactive and confident telephone manner
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A good understanding of basic IT and to be computer literate is required
  • Positive team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
