Evolve are partnering with a market-leading Ophthalmology organisation who are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team!

In this role you will be responsible for generating sales though new business and account management throughout the South East & South London territory.

Ideal Requirements for a Business Development Manager

  • Experience of Optics, OTC or FMCG sales.
  • Ideally you will have experience in the Optical market.
  • A consistent record of high performance of achieving objectives and competencies.

Role Responsibilities for a Business Development Manager

  • Effectively position the product portfolio for the customers from both a clinical and commercial perspective.
  • To monitor the activities of competitors and feedback to the line manager and marketing department on a regular basis.
  • Apply a range of influencing, persuading and negotiation techniques to secure and maintain the Account.
  • Maintain and develop strong product and therapy area knowledge for all promoted products and competitors at all times.
