Business Development Manager

Location: Leeds

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 - OTE of £70,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for a highly regarded lead generation specialist business within the financial services industry. This role will play a key part in identifying and growing new business opportunities alongside nurturing existing relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive new partner opportunities across the financial services market, identifying, growing and nurturing business relationships resulting in portfolio expansion.
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams to ensure maximum results within Business Development
  • Market analysis - through social media, networking and events identify potential new business opportunities
  • Sustain and bolster connections with current clientele, prioritizing ongoing communication and upholding superior service standards. 
  • Upselling of services and maximising potential with existing clients


Skills & Requirements

  • Experienced and well adept in Business Development with a proven track record within the Financial Services industry
  • A driven, ambitious individual who strives for success and is hungry for results
  • Degree qualified is desirable 
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing is a benefit
