Salary per annum £40K - £50K plus commission - hybrid working - London HQ

Net Zero & ESG SaaS & Solar Power generation for commercial landlords. Our client is helping to drive the adoption of solar for commercial properties across the UK with a fully financed turnkey solar proposition to UK Corporates which includes reporting and analytics software for Net Zero reporting and ESG compliance. The client is looking to build their sales team and are currently looking for a BDM to join the London based team.

The role would be focused on sales into multiple verticals across Manufacturing, FMCG, Transport, Data Centres, Cold Storage, and Logistics sectors. Supported by a Business Development Exec and the marketing team, the role would be focused on new client acquisition, qualifying clients pain points, presenting the solution to multi stakeholders, contract negotiation and close. You will be supported by a marketing team as well as a client services team to enable you to be client facing as much as possible.

You do not need to come from the industry, however, any experiences in commercial real estate, facilities management or energy and utilities is looked upon highly. Ideally you have already had success in a B2B new business role and have a passion for sustainability and are keen to come on a journey with an organisation that has growth plans.

On offer is an attractive salary up to £50K and uncapped bonus that can give you 75% to 100% of basic salary as OTE. Hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office each week dependant on customer visits. Longer term opportunities to move into the enterprise sales area or manage a commercial team are available.
