Business Development Manager - Competitive Salary + uncapped Commission - Remote, covering the West Midlands/Wales regions of the UK

The Role

Do you thrive in a sales environment and enjoy building strong relationships? Are you a natural communicator with a proven track record of success? If this is you, we have an exciting opportunity.

We are a service company dealing with Intermediaries and are looking to appoint a confident Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating new business by developing and maintaining relationships with Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents in the West Midlands/Wales regions. You'll be promoting the services of our panel of conveyancing law firms, securing referrals from these key players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing Mortgage Brokers & Estate Agents.
  • Sell conveyancing and related services from our law firm panel.
  • Follow our established sales process, including telesales calls.
  • Confidently present to company decision-makers during face-to-face meetings.
  • Showcase our user-friendly web-based portal to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
  • Submit weekly sales reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and enhance the client journey.

The Person

  • Proven experience in field sales with a successful track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently handle client objections.
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management.
  • Clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel etc.).
