Skills & Qualifications

  • Apply a proactive and solution-minded approach that builds trust and long-term value
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Demonstrate strong ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to deliver results through people in a matrix operating model through maximising horizontal and vertical networks
  • Ability to understand and position SThree's full suite of services, over and above own immediate area of subject expertise
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, including provision of data/insight to help inform internal and external decision making, and ability to run customer pitches and events
  • Excellent judgement and analytical skills - can use tools and techniques to evaluate lifetime value opportunity and ensure service levels and applied resource is properly aligned
  • Able to interface with all customer/people types to build rapport and get the most out of interactions (wear multiple hats/operate like a chameleon)

Knowledge

  • Deep knowledge of relevant sector
  • Strong knowledge of SThree's full suite of services, across all Brands, Sectors, Locations and Disciplines
  • Good baseline understanding of commercial and legal matters, with ability to work with subject matter experts and departments across SThree as appropriate

Experience

  • Strong track record in the recruitment industry preferred
  • Experience in business development (at least 4 years)
  • Relevant sector experience as it pertains to SThree, specifically tech/IT and engineering
