£65K per annum + Commission
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development manager to join their team within the East of England. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and implementing effective sales strategies. You will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a motivated individual with a passion for sales
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role
- Have a strong background in software tools, ideally Salesforce
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Have excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Be proficient in using software tools for sales management (e.g., Salesforce)
- Have strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Have a full UK Driving licence
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm & Fridays 8am to 4pm.
