Our client specialize in providing high-quality office furniture and interior solutions to businesses of all sizes. With a focus on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing workspaces, they help clients optimize their office environment and enhance employee productivity.

Role Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and presenting products and services. You will also develop and execute sales strategies, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. This is a hybrid role, based in Luton with the flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of the office furniture industry
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

Salary on offer is upto £70k plus bonuses
