A great opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join an external wall insulation specialist to help generate the demand and supply of these products into schemes driven by the requirement on social housing providers to decarbonize their housing stock.

Experience working within the retrofit housing sector and promoting technical construction products is required.

Business Development Manager Position Remuneration
  • Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Performance related bonus

Business Development Manager Position Overview
  • Responsible for developing strategic opportunities within the social housing retrofit sector.
  • Engaging with social housing providers Main Contractors at all levels.
  • Report to the Sales Director
  • Covering a national territory (ideally based in the Midlands, not essential for the right candidate).
Business Development Manager Position Requirements
  • Understanding of the construction process and market.
  • Experience working within the retrofit housing sector
  • Experience of promoting technical construction products
  • Knowledge of the energy efficient market would be beneficial (not essential)
