This department has already reaped many rewards, thanks to the department being led by a skilled Sales Manager who makes the right decisions and hires the right people!

Continuing to thrive, they are now looking to bring a Business Development Manager onboard who has experience in merchant cash and a good understanding of the finance sectors, so they can hit the ground running and soar! Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to businesses to provide merchant cash solutions and promote market-leading products and service offerings
  • Qualifying leads by contacting businesses to understand their needs and collect relevant information
  • Winning over businesses and successfully switching their services over
  • Establishing strong relationships with potential customers, using your strong communication skills to build rapport and long-term relationships
  • Making a high number of outbound calls

Business Development Manager Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable sales and business development experience, with specific knowledge of merchant services and financial regulations
  • Proven history of generating new business and leads by making high-volume outbound calls
  • Skilled when connecting with cold leads to understand their requirements and build rapport
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate well and has a strong telephone manner
  • Shows strong administration and organisation skills with the ability to accurately update records and prioritise a changing workload
  • Money-motivated and results-orientated, always keen to exceed expectations and surpass monthly team and individual targets

Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5:30pm, with a 5:00pm finish on a Friday. If you’d like to be considered, please send your CV as soon as possible.
