Business Development Manager

We are on the lookout for an experienced  Business Development Manager to assist our Clients expansion particularly in to the Social Housing sector and who is passionate about fostering strong customer relationships and spearheading innovation in the auditing sector. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Clients market presence, focusing on cultivating partnerships that drive long-term growth.

You'll be responsible for selling a range of Technical Compliance and Auditing services, covering the property sector and includes Gas, Electrical Services, Asbestos, Legionella, Damp & Mould.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead the pursuit of new business opportunities for our auditing services, with an emphasis on establishing and nurturing robust client relationships.
  • Innovate and propel the development of auditing products, ensuring they surpass industry standards and client expectations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, promoting our dedication to excellence and innovation, and networking with potential business partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling messages that resonate with prospective clients and highlight the unique advantages of our services.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management on tender enquiries, bids etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Property Compliance auditing, social housing, or related fields.
  • Experience in specifying services and/or asset management is desirable.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of engaging and influencing decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying growth and innovation opportunities within the social housing sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively articulate complex ideas and the value of our services.
  • A collaborative approach, effectively working with teams across the organisation to achieve common objectives and deliver outstanding results.
  • A passion for innovation, continuously seeking ways to enhance our services and provide value to our clients.
