An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and goal-oriented Business Development Manager. I have recently partnered with a leading provider of Workplace Vaccinations, committed to safeguarding staff against the flu virus and minimising occupational hazards, including Hepatitis B. Their evidence-based services contribute to reduced absenteeism and associated costs, ensuring a measurable return on investment.
Your new role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach across the UK. Your responsibilities include:

  • Relationship Building: Identify, build, and develop strong relationships with prospects.
  • Pricing Proposals and Terms: Present pricing proposals, including pitches, RFPs, and bids.
  • Client Campaigns: Develop and execute client campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
  • Opportunity Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and timely opportunity pipeline.
  • Market Insights and Competitor Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Liaison with Account Management Team: Collaborate with the account management team to onboard new clients seamlessly.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies and negotiation techniques.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and workplace wellness programs is advantageous.
