Who is our ideal Business Development Manager?

• An experienced Salesperson, with the ability to pro-actively pick up the phone and follow up on leads.
• A relationship driven individual who has the ability to build strong rapport over the phone, somewhat of a charmer perhaps...
• Some experience within the Mortgage sector would be ideal, however we aren't precious about the format of that experience.
• As a Business Development Manager, you will need to be organized, confident, influential and ambitious.

What can you expect in the day to day role as Business Development Manager?

• Creating & developing meaningful relationships with introducers, who will be relying on you to advise them on products and criteria, helping them successfully place their Mortgage cases
• Supporting the field based Business Development Manager teams with their case management, broker interactions and key accounts
• Identifying new accounts to grow and hand over to the field based team once you have successfully increased their working relationship with the business
• Daily use of the CRM system, helping you manage and follow up any leads
• Effectively increase the presence of the business within the Mortgage Industry
