Business Devleopment Manager (I.T), Wigan, £30-32k doe OTE £80k

My client, a successful managed service provider, who provide IT support services have a fantastic opportunity available to join their expanding and successful business. They are seeking a confident, highly organised individual who has the ability to provide a consultative approach to sales and build successful working relationships.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients across the Northwest / UK, whilst nurturing existing partnerships.

Duties will include;

  • Identify, target and win new clients
  • Develop a full understanding of the product range
  • Make introductory calls before setting your own appointments in the field
  • Visiting customers on site in order to sell the full portfolio of services, offering a consultative approach
  • Negotiating contracts before acquiring new partnerships
  • Nurturing any new clients and managing existing ones, in order to increase revenue spend
  • Successfully manage your own pipeline to ensure you hit targets
  • Development and execution of sales strategy
  • Updating the CRM accordingly

You will possess;

  • At least 3 years experience within B2B sales, business development, field sales.
  • Experience selling IT services, ideally in MSP setting.
  • Clean driving license
  • Target driven with the desire to earn high commission
