Reed Business Support are currently supporting a fantastic internationally recognised business that are on the hunt for a progressive and engaging Business Development Manager to join their business on a permanent basis.

Our client is a luxury hospitality provider for short-term rentals that works with homeowners, investors and hoteliers to provide a flexible, safe and secure income stream.

Salary- up to £40,000 base + bonus (OTE £65,000-£70,000)

Job Purpose-

This exciting role will play an integral part in supporting the business in building a pipeline of landlord enquiries and converting to profitable deals. You will be working alongside the Head of Business Development and Regional Manager in Scotland to help create and implement the business development strategy for the business in Scotland.  

Key Responsibilities-

  • Work closely with Head of Business Development in implementing the Growth Strategy for Scotland
  • Actively seek opportunities which have 4 or more beds in the Edinburgh & Glasgow for co-living
  • Lead generation utilising a variety of skills but not limited to; networking, cold calling & marketing
  • Attend face to face meetings across the region when needed to ensure opportunities are closed within Scotland
  • Generating new ideas and plans within Scotland to help support the growth
  • Lead the team to ensure maximum lead conversion
  • Ability to create and implement your own BD strategy
  • Present and report to external & Internal stakeholders
  • Proactively manage leads to ensure targets are met in Scotland
  • Support Head of Business Development UK in growing brand awareness
  • Network and socialise with clients
  • Attend Industry events and ensure a representative from the business is there
  • Building and implement the strategy for business development in Scotland
  • Be comfortable planning meetings and up to date reports, when needed
  • Create and implement a development roadmap in order to generate leads and brand awareness in line with our goals and objectives
  • A proactive and creative way of marketing focusing on sourcing leads
  • Ensure we are aligned with targets and reporting the relevant KPIs to Head of BD UK & GM
  • Ensure KPIs are met
  • Ensure Dynamics is kept up to date with all leads

On top of a generous salary and bonus package, you will be working within their brand new Edinburgh office, travelling to major mainland European Capitals for stakeholder meetings and representing the brand at industry social events!
