Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients with the focus on increasing bookings / enquires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to encourage repeat custom.
- Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Generating and organising bespoke events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to utilize and show an understanding of the booking systems and commination's software's.
- Self motivator that encourages there team and drives success.
- 3 year's experience at least in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Experience in high turnover restaurants is a plus.
