Job: Business Development Manager (Hybrid Woking + Remote)

Role Summary;

They are looking for a driven, ambitious and successful Business Development Manager to join their growing sales team to sell their market leading Digital Transformation solutions across the public sector. The role will be fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic, selling to new names and existing key accounts. Their ideal candidate will be a hungry and energetic sales professional looking to expand their sales career to the next level, joining a market leading company to offer an exciting career path.

The successful candidate will have experience of selling software (SaaS) solutions to new clients and/or strategic account expansion activity.

Essential;

Proven (2 years+) successful full cycle sales experience (quota carrying).

Enjoy working and taking pride in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Ability to carry out the entire sales cycle (cold call, demonstrations, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and close).

PC literate, able to write professional business emails and compelling proposals.

Familiarity using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).

Desirable;

Experience of selling to the public sector.

The challenges and activities they will support you to tackle:

Engaging and building relationships with key stakeholders up to and including c-suite level.

Understanding & articulating business drivers, pains, and value propositions.

Demonstrating the value of our solutions and building compelling proposals.

Navigating complex organisation structures or deal cycles to win the deal.

Meeting sales targets and accurate forecasting.

Dealing with rejection & handling objections.

Creating, executing, and maintaining territory development plans.

Other Stuff;

£’s; fully DoE salary to £45k with realistic double OTE (uncapped)

Benefits; share scheme, company pension, death in service.

Location; hybrid working - 3 days from their central Woking offices, 2 days from home.
