In your first few weeks in this Business Development Manager role, you can expect to:

• Present new products and enhance existing trading relationships
• Operate within the CRM environment and provide regular updates to colleagues and management
• Analyse customer purchase trends, identify gaps in offers and highlight opportunities for sales growth
• Support customers with promotional activities and organise marketing support
• Identify potential new customers and decision-makers within the organisation and build relationships
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and provide feedback on market trends

To apply for this Business Development Manager role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include: 

• At least five years of relevant battery industry experience with different battery technologies and chemistries, including Lithium
• Experience within the renewable energy sector covering PV and inverter-based systems
• Proven record of achieving revenue targets
• Experience selling to Distributors and B2B customers
