SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Coventry (CV5) who are recruiting for a Business Development Manager
£40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + benefits

Role:
A key part of this role is identifying and securing profitable new business opportunities for the business as well as maintaining relationships and retaining current customer base. With new business, you will identify and target new sectors and customers across UK&I to deliver growth targets. You will develop a new business strategy for the business, identifying sectors, markets and customer for self and team to pursue. This will be done though networking, referrals, attendance at events and awards, internet and research plus any other means available. Upon identifying potential customers, you will seek and secure meetings with key decision makers to sell the business and specifically the benefits of working with us.
Accurate reporting of the sales pipeline for self and team from lead through to quoting and winning business, ensuring CRM accurately reflects our performance at all times is essential.
Customer retention will be maintained through regular customer engagement to ensure efficient supply chain operation, Identifying and implementing collaborative opportunities in order to drive value and promote contract maximisation.
With current customers you will be ensuring account balances are accurately managed, high service levels are maintained or exceeded and customer satisfaction is enhanced whilst maximising all opportunities within the commercial framework
