Business Development Manager

Are you a proven Business Development Manager seeking a hybrid role. With a customer base across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Peterborough the opportunities are endless. We are seeking applications from those Outbound cold-calling candidates who are used to Targets, been proactive on the phone, email and networking/mapping etc.

You will be selling (temp) recruitment solutions across multi-sectors which is supplied from Branch and with a minimum requirement of 20-50 temporary labour at any one time. You will be working for a market-leading recruitment agency with all the support, infrastructure and budget you need to do your role. Splitting your time between home/office and client visits, mapping the local area for leads and attending face to face meetings. You will be proactive to pursue each and every opportunity and be well organised with your diary and database management skills. You will be provided with pricing and presentation materials and have access to use a fully functional marketing facility to aid exposure.

Salary is up to £40k plus car allowance of £4800 and bonus DOE. Should you pass a lead to the Corporate sales teams for larger accounts to be secured and this is successful you can earn an element of the bonus for doing so for a 12 month qualifying period in addition to your own workload concentrating on the 20-50 users size accounts.
