The role will be a BDM role and would be perfect for someone who loves entertaining clients and can work on a hybrid basis.

The successful candidate will need a minimum of two year's experience of working within a lender, preferably in a Telephone BDM or BDM position.

Competitive salary plus commission.

Responsibilities:

  • The right candidate will be establishing new relationships with brokers, accountants, solicitors and developers, in relation to bridging and development finance.

  • You will be a confident individual, who thrives in new conversations and enjoys manning stands at Trade Events, such as the FP Show, MBEetc.

  • You will attend client events, such as golf days, award ceremonies, and client seminars and will be a positive character who builds an instant rapport.

  • You will have experience of speaking with brokers about property finance cases and will have a strong eye for detail, ensuring that all necessary details are taken from third parties. It will be a natural pattern for you to keep in contact with brokers regularly and make yourself known.
