Build new relationships within FTSE size organisations. This client is a human capital transformation business. They help large organisations benchmark and then develop learning and development programmes that improve the performance of their most important asset, their staff. They have experienced significant success and are now looking to develop further their UK Sales team.

Hybrid working (1 day in the office), the role will be focused on new client acquisition (60%), targeting a set group of warm / cold prospects as well as developing a client portfolio (40%). Understanding the challenges Executive teams, HR and L&D managers are facing in developing talent you will be working with subject matter experts to create a compelling proposal and ultimately a bespoke solution focusing on soft skills, leadership or sales training. Presenting at Board level, the role delivers significant ROI for organisations in competitive, growth orientated sectors.

This role needs a credible and articulate sales person. Ideally you will already have three or more years’ experience in selling bespoke L&D solutions to the HR and L&D marketplace. You are looking for a new challenge and would like to be able to offer a cutting edge solution that is utilising the latest technology and techniques.

On offer is an attractive salary package (up to £55K basic) including uncapped commission with accelerators and comprehensive benefits scheme.
