If you’ve worked within the real estate sector before, then you already know what you need to do. Be proactive by finding, developing and speaking to introducers, assessing and preparing deals, keep the underwriting and office based team happy and hitting targets, funding projects, and helping the introducers to keep their clients happy. All because of your impressive skill-set.

You’ll be remotely covering the Worcester, Hereford and Gloucester postcodes, with monthly catch ups and support from an established team and an exceptional Sales Director. We’ll be honest this is why the salary/ bonus structure is slightly higher than average for this kind of job.

You’ll sit within a team of 12, all working hard to grow the loan book and allowing the lender to do what they do best.... Fund property projects. This means there are plenty of people nearby that you can ask for help if you need it.

By the way, if you’re wondering if you need qualifications, then ideally we are looking for someone who has completed A-levels but don’t worry. Your personality is more important than your exam results. If you already know how to sell, the real estate sector and have an proactive mindset then you’re on the right track.
