Job Title: Business Development Manager - Rail Support Systems

Area to be covered: Nationally (must be based Central England)

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000neg + £5,000 - £10,000 bonus

The role of the Business Development Manager - Rail Support Systems will involve:

• Field sales position selling a rnmage of rail support systems such as: rail seating pads, under sleeper pads & under ballast mats
• Project sectors include: rail, bridges, tunnels, cranes
• All of your time will be spent selling to end users and contractors such as: Network Rail, Welsh Rail, Rail Contractors & Sub Contractors
• May be required to conducting CPD presentations
• Will be expected to cover nationally
• Average order values are circa £100k
• Contribute to a £7m turnover

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Rail Support Systems with:

• Must have sales experience in the rail, infrastructure, civil’s or construction industry
• Would consider someone working for a rail company such as: network rail with no field sales experience
• Technically capable of providing a solution based sale
• Pro active and capable of working autonomously
• Driven, hungry and enthusiastic
