Business Development Manager - Health & Social Care

Are you a Business Development Manager with a passion for Health & Social Care? Look no further!

I am looking for an experienced business development manager who believes in our ethos and values to manage our Care at Home services.

You will be responsible for efficient day-to-day running of the business and manage all aspects of client care by providing excellent BDM skills and leadership to ensure the growth of the business.

As a pivotal member of the team, you'll drive growth and success by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and shaping the company's strategic vision.

To be successful for this role you must have -

• Business development experience
• Experience within health and social care
• Client management
• Driving Licence (required) Access to own car
• Experience with identifying new opportunities
• Good communication skills
• Building long lasting relationships
• Market research
• SVQ 4 or equivalent
