Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the health and social care sector.

Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of client solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services
- Advising colleagues of business development, best practice

Experience:
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Experience working within the health & Social care sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
