Our client is a dynamic startup in the energy sector, driven by ambitious growth plans and a steadfast commitment to sustainability. They are dedicated to aiding businesses in achieving net-zero emissions. They are looking to onboard several proactive and goal-oriented business development executives to bolster their outbound sales team.

As a pivotal member of this team, you will spearhead the establishment of new partnerships. We're seeking individuals with exceptional communication skills, resilience, and a strong work ethic. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. Whether you're a recent graduate eager to kickstart your sales career or a seasoned professional seeking limitless earning potential through uncapped commission, this opportunity could be your perfect fit.

Energy experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

The responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:

  • Proactively approaching companies to book appointments for the business development managers
  • Utilising a variety of tech to support your outreach such as sales force, LinkedIn, sales navigator and more!
  • Conduct thorough research on target industries and companies to identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Calling prospective customers and building lasting relationships
  • Working to targets of booking 2 appointments per week and closing 2 sales per month
  • Working as pat of a fast-paced and dynamic team
  • Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
