Are you a driven individual with a knack for building lasting relationships? Do you thrive in environments that promote personal growth and well-being? If so, my client has an exciting opportunity for you!

Join my client's team as a Business Development Executive and become an integral part of their dynamic Business Development department. At their company, they prioritise the welfare and development of their team members above all else. They're committed to fostering a positive work-life balance, ensuring your health and well-being are always a top priority.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in driving new business sales opportunities, from initial prospecting to closing deals. Your responsibilities will include building prospect lists, maximizing brand exposure at networking events, and nurturing ongoing client relationships. They're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for achieving both personal and business success, and the ability to think outside the box.

While experience in Business Development is preferred, they welcome individuals with a willingness to learn and a hunger for personal growth. Experience in sales related to Website, Digital Marketing, Software, and IT Support is a plus, but not essential.

In return, they offer a competitive salary with regular reviews, ample recognition for exceptional performance, and real opportunities for advancement. With perks ranging from flexible working arrangements to comprehensive health and wellness benefits, they strive to create an environment that is both challenging and supportive.
