  • Job title: Business Development Executive
  • Salary guide: £23,000 - £25,000 with OTE of £35,000 and uncapped commission
  • Work Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5:30pm and 9am to 5pm on Friday
  • Benefits: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown, regular social events

Responsibilities include:

  • Contact and qualify prospective customers over the phone
  • Identify potential new business and generate quality leads
  • Reach out to existing customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Nurture close-working relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Generate business by following up with warm leads
  • Utilise the CRM to track sales activity and customer contact
  • Work towards and exceed agreed targets and KPIs

Skills and Experience required:

  • An eagerness to forge a successful career within sales is of utmost importance
  • Experience gained in a sales or new business role would be a distinct advantage
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Results-orientated and motivated
  • Enjoys working in a target-driven environment
  • Possesses good IT skills
