Job Title: Business Development Executive -Bridging Finance
Location: Manchester
Salary: £35-£55k

We are very pleased to be working with an award winning bridging lender, on their search for a sales professional to join the team as a Business Development Executive.

As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting intermediaries and the Business Development team in order to generate new business and all associated support duties.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of calls and emails.

  • Providing clear, accurate and comprehensive information on the unique products available

  • Supporting contacts in the understanding of lending criteria and production of terms.

  • Aiding the Business Development Team in the development and maintenance of their territory.

  • Meeting channel quarterly business targets.

  • Answering all incoming enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Providing and maintaining a high level of service quality.

  • Responsible for mortgage applications in pipeline up to point of fees paid.

  • Target Driven

  • Excellent Customer Service

  • Organisational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Teamwork - enjoy working as a team member, as well as independently

  • Problem Solving - strong problem-solving and analytical/numeracy skills to drive results. Logical and methodical approach to problem solving

  • Good telephone manner

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Financial Services experience desirable

  • Confident mathematical skills
