Business Development Executive - Training

We are currently looking to grow our team by welcoming a new Business Development Executive.

We provide leadership, management, IT, and sales training to organisations all across the UK with some major brands forming parts of our portfolio. We provide our services through a mix of face-to-face and remote events, and have the benefit of a custom-designed training centre in Northamptonshire to host events.

We are now looking to take the next major step in our growth by recruiting a BDE who can build a network of organisations who wish to work with us to upskill their teams through single interventions, coaching and longer-term programmes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the training space previously, or have solid b2b sales experience.

An excellent commission scheme accompanies the salary advertised.

The role will be based in our offices in Corby, but the remit will be to find customers on a national basis, growing from our already large and diverse client base.

Working in this space can be great fun, and extremely rewarding as you see customers develop solid, high-performing teams, which gives rise to repeat business and long-term relationships.
