My client is looking for 2 Business Development Executive's to join their existing sales department. Conscientious and enthusiastic, with a proactive attitude and flexible approach, ideally with sales experience but most of all a desire to learn through personal development.

This is a phone based role with a minimum of 10 calls per hour so confidence and an excellent telephone manner is a must. You will help maintain our CRM of potential clients and make contact via phone and email as part of a multi-touch marketing campaign, with a view to obtaining leads for IT Support and Cyber Security Services.

All communication is made on a business-to-business basis and calls/ emails are outgoing

The successful candidate will have:

- Drive and tenacity, with a desire to exceed targets
- A confident telephone manner and good written skills
- Personable and well organised
- Hard-working and able to perform to consistently high levels with minimal supervision
- Proficient in IT and well versed with CRM's in order to record notes and progress, and complete tasks
- An understanding of the importance of meeting KPIs and targets
- Excellent listening skills

Experience in telesales/ appointment making is desirable but not essential.

This is a part-time, hybrid position that can be flexible to fit around other commitments, but calls must be made during working hours (9am - 5pm).
