As a Business Development Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting business owners to maximise profitability and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding business owners to operate within our established model, driving profitable growth and asset value.
  • Fostering sustainable franchise businesses, focusing on revenue growth.
  • Implementing effective sales processes to enhance client acquisition and recruitment.
  • Building strong relationships with franchise owners, motivating, and challenging them to excel.

Skill Set/Experience required:

Three years of relevant business experience, preferably in franchising.

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Business acumen and sales expertise.
  • Financial management proficiency.
  • Collaborative team player with resilience and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK.
