Your new role
You will be part of a small team, managing and co-ordinating training courses for our delegates, your excellent organisational and communication skills will ensure that trainers' schedules are in-line with said courses and you will be in charge of pre- and post-course information requests.
Duties:-

  • Administrative support to the team
  • Updating the team and proactively problem-solving
  • Checking all qualifications are relevant for courses
  • Dealing with new customers and recording all information correctly


This is a new role so one to make your own! If you are looking for progression, a great working environment and the opportunity to gain more skills then you should apply! Due to the location ideally you will have access to your own vehicle.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be used to dealing with customers both over the phone and by email. You will be confident, curious and tenacious. Your communication, prioritisation and attention to detail skills must be first class. You should have solid IT skills and pick things up at pace. This is a permanent job, Monday to Friday 8 until 5.
