Our award-winning Public Sector client is in search of an experienced Change Manager to guide and execute their change agenda. This role is crucial for instilling enduring behavioural shifts and enhancing the organisation's proficiency in change management techniques. The Change Manager will spearhead pivotal transformation projects and bolster change efforts throughout their widespread workforce.The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of effecting significant organisational change, yielding measurable advantages. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders when necessary, the Change Manager's foremost duty is to devise and apply change management tactics and blueprints that optimise engagement and endorsement, ensure organisational preparedness, and foster employee involvement, while also reducing opposition to change.

  • Master Change Management: Possess a comprehensive grasp of change management principles to simplify and engage stakeholders in the transformation journey.
  • Strategise and Roadmap: Craft and execute a change strategy and roadmap that enhances organisational understanding and values the significance of change.
  • Drive Business Initiatives: Formulate strategies and plans that ensure the effective execution of key projects, with a focus on realising anticipated benefits.
  • Foster Change Excellence: Develop tools, training, and a network of change agents to embed best practices and new operational methods across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven leadership in change initiatives with a knack for engaging a diverse, remote workforce.
  • Solid experience with change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, ensuring successful change and benefit realisation.
  • Deep understanding of the human side of change processes and a track record of fostering strong relationships while driving success.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in planning, scheduling, forecasting, and task integration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at various methods and styles, complemented by strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to complete tasks within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
