Exciting Opportunity: Business Change Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £47,745 - £53,934 per annum pro rata*
(London Weighting of £5,094 per annum if applicable)

Morgan Hunt is proud to collaborate with the esteemed organistion in their search for a Business Change Manager for a 12-month fixed term.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the charge in orchestrating a seamless transition to a cutting-edge cloud-based HR/Payroll and Finance system. This role presents a unique opportunity to drive transformative change and contribute significantly to our organization's long-term success.

As our Business Change Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of our new HR/Payroll and Finance system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage stakeholders and craft robust business change strategies, in alignment with HR/Payroll and Finance leads, adhering to the program delivery plan.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business change plans.
  • Utilize your expertise to drive positive transformation and ensure organizational readiness for change.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Change Manager, ideally in the implementation of cloud-based HR/Payroll/Finance systems.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrable history of delivering successful change initiatives.
