A Business Centre Manager is required in Swindon with one of our fast expanding clients.

You will be responsible for the day to day operations and profitability of the centre.

Main responsibilities but not exhausted:

  • Carry out customer viewings on site to convert business.
  • Generating beneficial new business through proactive business generation and engage in cross networking to include Commercial Real Estate Agents.
  • Up sell services to increase revenues.
  • Manage opportunities using CRM systems throughout the sales cycle.
  • Once business is agreed, personally service clients through the whole business cycle to ensure a smooth transaction with the move in and obtain feedback.
  • Facilitate renewal business and reassess client requirements to maximise opportunities and minimise loss of revenues.
  • Actively support client expansion plans and provide guidance to maximise occupancy levels and rent roll to maximise profitability.
  • Regularly review centre profitability and centre debts.
  • Oversee overall centre invoicing, maintenance and IT issues, as well as ensuring cleaning standards and presentation for the whole building is kept to a high standard.
  • Work with local and national contractors to ensure agreed building works are carried out to schedule.
  • Follow company policy to manage health and safety in the building and reduce the risk of fraud in the centre.

Achieving maximum customer satisfaction should be key to your day along with retaining and growing customer relationships. You will also need to have a solid working relationship with your team so that these principles are known and mirrored by them, with regular productive meetings to keep them in tune with the day to day business.

You will already have a good number of successful years in a business to business environment, with the ability to manage an inspire a small team. Strong organisational and negotiation skills are required as well as being self motivated to generate new relationships and business.

Experience in Property Management is highly desirable as well as Profit & loss responsibility. Sound Microsoft office skills to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and outlook are expected along with a driving licence and your own car.
