Are you an experienced Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Our client is an innovative food manufacturing business, who are looking for a Business Application Support Administrator to support all functions across the IT department. The ideal candidate will have experience in completing various IT administrative duties with Navision experience.

Business Application Support Administrator
Job Description
  • Addressing business user inquiries and providing resolutions.
  • Training and mentoring business application users.
  • Developing and maintaining system SOP and training materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting internal project teams and fostering cohesive collaboration across departments.
  • Analysing and identifying areas for improvement in support requests, training, and business applications, and preparing business cases accordingly.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Well versed using Microsoft Navision/ Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Previous experience carrying out support administrator role
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong IT Skills
