Business Application Support Administrator
Job Description
- Addressing business user inquiries and providing resolutions.
- Training and mentoring business application users.
- Developing and maintaining system SOP and training materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting internal project teams and fostering cohesive collaboration across departments.
- Analysing and identifying areas for improvement in support requests, training, and business applications, and preparing business cases accordingly.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Well versed using Microsoft Navision/ Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Previous experience carrying out support administrator role
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong IT Skills
