Key Responsibities
You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the business needs while aligning with strategic goals, with core responsibilities including:
- Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements for the product backlog.
- Collaborate to refine user stories for clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Analyze data requirements to support feature development.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the development team.
- Provide feedback for improvement during sprint reviews.
- Embrace evolving requirements and priorities.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of requirements and user stories.
- Share domain expertise with the team to foster collaboration and learning.
About You
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using various business analysis tools and techniques.
- Clear and effective communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in business process modeling with experience in process improvement.
- Experienced across the delivery lifecycle from Discovery to Development in business change and software projects.
- Familiarity with various development methodologies, able to choose the appropriate approach for each change.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in security, property management, or real estate industries preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Education: IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™, BSC ISEB Certificate in Business Analysis, or equivalent.
