?? We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for a temporary position based in Crewe! ??

?? Join a dynamic organisation and play a crucial role in driving positive change. Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to support their team for a 6 - 12 month contract. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to conduct effective analysis, identify business problems, and deliver solutions that add value.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis to evaluate data business problems and identify opportunities for change.
  • Document, organise, and prioritise requirements in a manner easily understood by stakeholders.
  • Challenge business requirements when necessary to ensure viable solutions.
  • Define, clarify, and evaluate business problems/opportunities, eliciting requirements from stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver analysis, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
  • Accurately document functional and non-functional requirements and business processes.
  • Keep requirements aligned with business outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Validate technical solution designs and test approaches.
  • Assess business and financial impacts of proposed solutions.
  • Assist with organisational readiness assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Contribute to the identification of benefits and risks affecting change delivery.

�? Requirements:

  • Proven business analysis skills applied in a work environment.
  • Experience working within a structured project environment.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong report writing, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
  • Logical, analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and complex business issue interpretation skills.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Experience working to time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Innovative and creative thinking.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency in core analytical techniques and methods.
  • Business Analysis accreditation (ISEB Diploma/IIBA/BCS).
