Digital Business Analyst

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who has a passion for working on Web and CRM projects to bring their knowledge, skillset and experience to an ambitious team who are developing a website with global potential. 

• London 
• 3-6 month contract 
• Market rates (Outside IR35) 
• Hybrid working 

Responsibilities: 

• Analyse the current website and business to seek any inefficiencies, out of date processes & methodologies on the website, systems, process and CRM. 
• To be hands on in managing the delivering of a new website. 
• Assist on Branding (internal & external), project management and process development. 
• To be incredibly thorough throughout the analytical stages of process. 
• Work closely with developers to develop the new website and content. 

Experience: 

• Web experience is essential. 
• CRM experience is essential. 
• Experience within property would be desirable. 
• Ability to question others in the team including senior managers.
