We're looking for a Business Analyst to join an industry leading organisation that is going through a period of growth due to continued success!

This company stays ahead of it's competitors through innovation!

You'll be working in a team of Business Analysts dedicated to transformation within Business Operations & Middle Office. There is a separate team of BAs that is assigned to IT and Finance.

This part of the organisation is critical to the day to day and long term success of the company and therefore there is a large pipeline of work to be getting involved in!

Key Skills and Responsibilities :

  • To collaborate with stakeholders regionally and globally to gather business requirements
  • Conduct workshops and sessions to understand business processes, challenges and needs
  • Facilitate communication between Stakeholders and other teams to drive productivity
  • Create detailed documentation and specifications
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvements across projects and processes
  • Monitor & evaluate the impact of changes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to proceed in a role that is very much focused around Business Transformation!

In a small, autonomous team where you will have ownership over your work and a true impact to the users of this organisation .

This is a hybrid role and 3 days a week in central Manchester so you must be a commutable distances from their offices.
