Business Analyst (Commercial Insurance) Ipswich / WFH to £70k

Are you a tech savvy Business Analyst with experience of working on Commercial Insurance products?

As a Business Analyst you will work on the digital transformation of a core Commercial Insurance Broking platform that is currently going through a huge revamp. Some of your main tasks will include gathering requirements through interviews and workshops, scoping and recommending appropriate Business Analyst approaches, facilitating workshops to understand the project goals, developing requirements documentation, creating test pans and helping to test system changes. You'll also perform other activities such as gap analysis, impact analysis, and estimation.

Location / WFH:

You'll be able to work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Ipswich office once a week / fortnight (you can also expense travel to the London office if you prefer to work there).

About you:

• You have a good understanding of Commercial Insurance and how complex corporate clients are serviced by brokers
• You have advanced Business Analyst skills including requirements gathering and analysis
• You have a technical, data driven mindset and experience of collaborating with engineering teams
• You're able to act as a conduit between the business and technology teams
• You have experience of managing workloads and people
• You're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
