An excellent position for an experienced Business Analyst who has experience in electronic prescription systems (e-prescriptions, e-prescribe) and digital portals within the healthcare sector, private or public). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing solutions that optimize the utilization of e-prescription systems and digital portals to enhance digital patient care and provider efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes related to e-prescription systems and digital portals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for system enhancements and improvements.
  • Design and propose innovative solutions to streamline workflows and optimize the utilization of electronic prescription systems and digital portals.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems, troubleshooting issues and identifying areas for further enhancement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to e-prescription systems and digital portals, and incorporate relevant insights into solution design.
