Business Analyst - Finance : Pensions and Wealth Management

Derbyshire based company: Office attendance required twice per week and home working 3 days per week.

£50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

The Company

Oscar Technology are partnering with a growing Finance company who specialise in the Pensions and Wealth Management space.

As a company, they offer hybrid working arrangements (2 days per week in the office, and 3 days per week home working). They also have core working hours between 10am - 3pm.

The Role

You will be joining a team of Product Owners, Product Managers, Software Engineers and QA Analyst. You will be leading the analysis to deliver their roadmap, on a new greenfield project which is going to replace an older system they are currently using.

Required Experience

  • At least 4 years commercial experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience working in the Finance industry (Desirable but not essential)
  • Stakeholder management, up to C-Suite level, both internally and externally is applicable
  • Greenfield projects (desirable)
  • Experience working collaboratively with Software Engineers, QA Analyst, Product Owners and Manages in an Agile SDLC environment
