A longstanding client of Oscar's is looking to expand their well-established Project Management team with a Business Analyst. This is an opportunity for someone who is a strong problem solver and can lead the development of processes to implement business solutions. You would be reporting to the head of PMO and you'll be given the opportunity to be highly autonomous as well as having the support from your manager and the wider team.

The need for the extra role is to fulfil plans to implement new processes to boost business productivity needed for the rapid growth taking place.

Ideally, you will have at least 3 years' experience working with key stakeholders and you'd be passionate about business solutions which lead to increasing efficiency and/or cost savings. Once you've learnt the ropes, you will be responsible for: enhancing database solutions, adding new functionalities to the system, building new portals for clients, automating processes and enhancing the process for the clients that you're working with.

What you will need:

• At least 3 years commercial experience working as a Business Analyst.
• End to end Product Development workign with Software
• Solid communication (both written and verbal).
• Experience working with different stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Collaborative attributes and willingness to learn.
• Agile and Waterfall experience.

The office is based in Bristol with the requirement to attend the office 2/3 days a week.
